Frederick Community College (FCC) has many options for students to receive a quality, affordable, and accessible education. FCC offers more than 85 programs to meet the needs of our diverse student body, including options that lead to academic credentials and others for personal, professional, and workforce development.
Credit programs allow students to complete courses along educational pathways to earn an academic degree, certificate, or letter of recognition. Credit programs require admission to the College, while most (CEWD) programs require that students simply register for each course of interest.
Continuing Education and Workforce Development (CEWD) programs include more than 500 course offerings each year. Continuing Education courses include a rich variety of personal enrichment, youth, and lifelong learning courses designed to inspire, educate, and energize students of all ages.

Then, review and compare FCC programs that prepare students to transfer to another College or University, or start a new career. From college admission to program completion, FCC advisors are available to answer questions and provide individual the support that every student deserves.
Academic Credit Programs

FCC students enrolled in credit programs receive academic credit for the successful completion of coursework along a pathway towards a degree, certificate, or letter of recognition.
