MFA Implementation for PeopleSoft access

The College is taking the next step forward to  implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to access  PeopleSoft – Campus Solutions 

This new requirement will take effect on November 11, 2025 and it will affect FCC employees and students. 

The new PS-CS sign-in experience mirrors the *MFA practice for accessing Office 365, with which many are already familiar. So, what this means is that the new PS-CS login will require an additional step, in which employees and students will need to provide their User ID/Password and then authorize access via the MS authenticator app or provide a security code texted to their mobile phone or via a voice phone call.
