Toni Bowie - Customer Service, Diversity, Management Leadership
Toni brings more than 20 years of training, counseling and advising experience which began on college campuses working with adult and traditional age students, faculty and the leadership. Toni’s areas of training are vast and include issues of diversity, entrepreneurship, learning styles, relationship building, couple and parenting skills, personal development, leadership skills, communication, family violence, and stress reduction and management. Participants often say she has a gift of quickly identifying with them and making them feel comfortable and at ease. Toni attributes this to her grandmother who taught her to be non-judgmental and to accept people for who they are and where they are at any given time in their life cycle. As she trains and coaches others, she focuses on this quote by Thomas Edison: “If we do all that we are capable of, we would astound ourselves.” Toni’s work experience includes business ownership; being a director of programs, college dean, recruiter, sales director and trainer; and creating and managing start-up positions. Toni holds a B.A. in communications from Mississippi State University, an M.S. in psychology from Hood College, she is a certified master trainer, and she is a certified professional coach.

She has taught programs for fortune 500 companies, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and small businesses. Suzanne has taught programs throughout the US and is an adjunct faculty member for several colleges.
Dr. Irvine Nugent – ASTD Master Trainer, Leadership, Management Training
Dr. Nugent possesses fifteen-plus years in executive leadership roles in organizations of various sizes, stages of growth and different sectors. He is experienced in challenging business environments and leading organizational change. Irvine is a passionate learner and always seeks to bring into his coaching and training best practices and the latest research. He is an ASTD credentialed Master Trainer and is a seasoned public speaker. As an executive leader, he was called upon to be the main company spokesperson, making frequent radio and television appearances. He has offered seminars nationwide on leadership and management topics such as business communication, presentation skills and creative leadership. He is a certified trainer in the cutting edge SpeakersTrainingCamp® program. As a leadership coach Irvine offers a unique combination of experience and skills to assist leaders and individuals reach the next level and fully realize their inner potential. Through active listening and observation, Irvine quickly gets to the heart of the matter with clarity and compassion. Michele Swing - Microsoft Office Applications
Michele is an experienced PC application instructor with a wide variety of both software and hardware computer knowledge. A Certified Microsoft Office User Specialist Expert (MOUS) in Word Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access, she is an adjunct faculty member at both Frederick Community College and Howard Community College. She has taught open enrollment and customized business training programs on various computer software topics. Additionally, she has worked as a private consultant for many companies, teaching a wide variety of software programs for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, database design, desktop publishing and photo manipulation. She designs training programs specific to her clients’ needs and has also trained instructors to conduct training, assist in labs and provide help desk support. Her clients include FDA, FMH, MD Respiratory Group, Miller and Long Construction, Shapiro and Duncan, Inc., Taneytown Bank, Toddson Enterprises, and USDA.
Wanet Tyson - MSM, GWCPM, 5SCI, IPCC
Wanet is a certified and highly motivated professional trainer and facilitator with over 15 years in public, private, and academic sectors. Prior to her training career, Wanet worked for a national telecommunications company as a regional project manager and a senior program manager, where she led a diverse team of systems implementation and training managers in six states. Wanet combines her training expertise with her business knowledge to bring a real world perspective to the classroom. Wanet holds a Master of Science in Management, University of Maryland University College; a Master’s Certificate in Project Management (GWCPM), George Washington University; and a Bachelor of Science in Technology and Management, University of Maryland University College.
